Why This Product Route Fit the Retail Program
The buyer selected a compact format that combined a normal 1X base mirror with a 2X lid mirror. The LED ring is positioned around the base mirror, while a button on the back cycles through warm, daylight and cool light. The 9 cm round format gave the skincare brand a portable retail item with enough exterior space for a printed logo.
An existing structure was used rather than presenting this order as a new-tooling project. The final configuration was defined by the selected shell, glass mirrors, light modes, USB charging route, logo and pouch.
The Sample Issue: Silk-Screen Logo Color Difference
The main approval issue was not the mirror structure or lighting. It was the silk-screen logo color. The first color result did not match the buyer’s expected appearance closely enough, so the printing color was adjusted and checked again. The team repeated the color adjustment until the buyer-approved result was reached.
This is why the physical sample should carry an approved logo reference rather than relying only on artwork displayed on a screen. The print result can change with ink preparation, substrate color, surface finish and viewing conditions.
